1:-What is your return/exchange policy?

Over the last 20 years, Limon Hair has a very high rate of customer satisfaction with very low returns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Limon Hair is pleased to offer the flexibility of exchange, refund, or store credit (minus shipping costs) with no restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Only the products that have not been opened, used, tampered, installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way are eligible for returns/exchange.

2:-How do I make my return?

Simply email us at info@limonhair.com with your order ID (can be found on your invoice). Within 24 hours of your original request, you will receive an email with further instructions. Follow the instructions for sending the merchandise back to us. We highly recommend shipping your merchandise back via a trackable shipping option and requiring signature confirmation.

3:-How can I exchange my order?

We offer exchanges only if the returned product(s) meets the following requirements:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Products  have not been opened, tampered, installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
  • Merchandise is still in its original packaging and the tamper evident seal has not been broken or removed.

Upon inspection, if the returned items meet all the above requirements, you will receive an email with exchange confirmation.

4:-Can I return my order if I have opened the hair from package?  

Please remember your return is only valid if the merchandise is still in its original packaging and the tamper evident seal has not been broken or removed.

5:-Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend shipping your merchandise back via a trackable shipping option and requiring signature confirmation. Limon Hair will not be responsible for any lost items.

6:-Why Limon Hair products are non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We follow strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, hygiene and public safety concerns.  We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned.

7:-When will I receive my refund?

If your returns qualify,  a refund in the  amount of original purchase price minus the shipping costs will be issued to your original payment method. We process refunds within one business day. It may take upto seven business days for the refund to show up depending on the original form of payment.
