Once you place an order with us, You can login to My account section in our website to track the updates of your order.

We use USPS (United States Postal Services) for all our domestic (US addresses) shipping needs. International orders are shipped using Fedex. We process and ship all orders the same day if the ordrs are received before 3:00 PM PST. 

Once a shipping label is created and a tracking number is created, We email the tracking details to your registered email addres so you can track the exact location of your package.

We will give you an ETA or delivery estimate but it is based on the information we receive from third party sources like USPS or Fedex. Limon hair is not responsible for any delays in delivery of the package due to carrier problems, weather issues or factors that limon hair can not control.
